LiveStream Broadcaster is a web camera streaming service. If we get technical, the Broadcaster is the client application that is installed in your computer and streams the actual video.
The Broadcaster itself is very simple. It detects any USB video device that you have installed and it allows you to stream video from it. In my case, it detected a few web cameras. I used one of those and started the service. I was told that I had to play to stream video privately, but I could check my camera as "public" and use it for free that way. This only meant that anyone could see my camera stream. If you want to use the highest quality settings or make your camera streams private, you have to pay.
LiveStream Broadcaster can be setup to record video to your hard drive. You can set how long each capture session will be and there is even support for motion detection.
